Hello and welcome! My name is Leela Diaz and I am a Kingdom Mindset Coach. If you have come across this site, it is probably not by accident. God has sustained you for such a time as this. A little bit about me - I have always had a strong passion for helping others. I empower people to become the best version of themselves. Before this, I served as a Case Manager, and later a Professional Therapist.

Once the pandemic hit, traditional work was no longer feasible for me. So, I began thinking "outside of the box" in regards to my workspace. Simultaneously, I observed how many people suffered from isolation during the past several years. Thus, the idea for Abundant Life Coaching was birthed. (Which has recently been renamed as Kingdom Mindset Coaching - I made the decision to impact lives in a new capacity, by caring for mental wellness needs as my own business entity. As a Christian, I believe that we are not created simply to survive. Instead, God has purposed us to thrive, and live abundantly. Jesus' sacrificial life and death on the cross has already afforded us that.

I have created a Scripturally based program that utilizes Word of Faith, mindset training, and a proven method (scientifically backed) on healing trauma.
